Municipalities towards 2030: Challenges and Opportunities
On October 22nd, 2025, the event “Municipalities towards 2030: Challenges and Opportunities” took place at Fizz Hub (València), organized by the Energy Cluster of the Valencian Community.
The meeting brought together institutional representatives, companies, and experts to discuss the crucial role of local governments in the energy transition and sustainable development.
Our director, Carla Montagud-Montalvá, gave the talk “Towards a Sustainable València: Urban Energy Transition Chair”, presenting the main lines of work developed by the Chair and the proposals we promote to achieve a more sustainable and carbon-neutral city.
It was an enriching event, fostering dialogue among different stakeholders and creating new synergies and collaboration opportunities to support municipalities on their path towards 2030.
