We are pleased to announce the publication of a new paper involving the Chair’s research team, in collaboration with the Institute of Energy Engineering (Universitat Politècnica de València).
This work proposes a pioneering methodological framework for calculating the carbon footprint at neighbourhood scale, applying it to the city of Valencia. The results show large intra-urban differences and highlight the importance of addressing decarbonisation from a local approach, adapted to the socio-economic and territorial particularities of each neighbourhood.
